Moki Sauna, New England’s only outdoor wellness village, will be located at 14 Bank Street for the Summer of 2024. Moki Sauna, which was based at Boston’s Rose Kennedy Greenway during the winter season, will be open now through mid-October. The open-air wellness village showcases wood-fired Finnish saunas and cold plunge cedar barrels, offering a unique opportunity to engage in the Nordic tradition of hot-cold therapy. Moki Sauna also features rinsing stations, changing areas and a domed relaxation hut with lockers for personal belongings.
Reservations for two-hour sessions which includes use of all facilities in the village, are highly recommended. Upon arrival, guests are provided with sandals and a towel.
