Classes & Events at Innerglow Yoga StudioYoga is a process for learning about ourselves and opening to our fullest potential. It helps us to expand our awareness and transform our lives in ways that make us happier, healthier and feeling more whole within ourselves and in our relationships with others in the world. Embracing these basic values is the starting point for becoming a good yoga teacher.

Teacher Training Program at Innerglow YogaDeepen your practice and learn how to share it with others as a certified yoga teacher through Innerglow Yoga‘s Teacher Training program. Teacher training offers, first and foremost, an opportunity to explore your yoga practice, learn what resonates with your physical self, and how to share your practice & discoveries with others. Participants in this program invariably experience a deep and lasting sense of personal transformation as all of the elements of yoga become clearer and better integrated as you explore every aspect of yoga in your personal practice.

Classes meet once per month January through June. Friday sessions run from 5-9pm with Saturday & Sunday sessions from 9am-5pm. For those with changing availability, there is also an option to learn on your own schedule. For more information on pursuing the teacher-training program, stop by the Innerglow Yoga studio on Steeple Street next to Estia Restaurant, or complete an application online.
